Is my card charged as soon as I place an order?

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We’re so sorry about that! Please send us a photo of the item and your order number. If it’s damaged or the print fades early, we’ll send you a free replacement — no need to return anything. We’re here to make it right 💛
